Today I Gave Myself A Breast Lift!

This morning when I got up I put on a cotton, short sleeve, to the waist not too tight, shirt. As I gazed in the mirror I thought, “This shirt deserves to look better. How can I improve its appearance on this body?” Even my shoulders seemed to sag a bit.”

Then I remembered a friend of mine invented a bra clip thingy. I had tossed it into my draw to use but hadn’t really bothered.

The search was on. I found it but I couldn’t seem to make it work. I tried a few times until I broke it trying to snap it.

I looked on my dresser and there sat a small shopping bag with two cord handles. I cut one snapped my bra, gathered the two straps, tied the cord, adjusted my bra and it was instant transformation. IT WORKED WONDERS!

Working with what you have in excess pounds requires some creativity. Why be miserable about your weight? Do something about what you have.

If a bra clip will lift your boobs and give you that confident feeling. DO IT!

Feel good right in the body you’re in, is the first step to the right mindset to welcome your new body.

Take the Weight Off Then What?

Are you fighting the battle of the bulge? Your thighs rubbing together? Excessive sweating when its hot, maybe even a rash? They never seem to make the chairs wide enough in some places, even in church? Even your significant other may turn his head when he walks in the room where you stand naked.

The worst thing you can do is began to beat up on yourself, want to avoid being around skinny weight conscious people, maybe you might even want to run-a-way and hide because you are so ashamed of your body weight.

What is wrong with fat, bulges, etc. anyway? Why do we have to have other people dictate to us how we should look? All of us can’t look like the picture perfect models that they use in those commercials to lie to us, make us think that if we buy their product, we are going to grow thin.

They entice us with looks to die for, magic pills, drinks and one more spa to join. I ask you has it worked for you? It sure hasn’t worked for me.

I’ve had enough trying to please everyone else, trying to live up to everyone else’s standards. How about you? So what can we do about all of this commercialism aimed at our wishful thinking?

I don’t know about you. I quit. If I don’t like the body I’m in, how am I going to like my new makeover thin body? Been there done that. Took the challenge, lost the weight, gained it all back. How about you?

I’ve stopped moaning and groaning about it. My new program is to accept myself right where I am. Are you ready to admit who you really are. We are fat. We are overweight. No matter how much we tell ourselves we are thin. We are not. We have been fat all of our life practically. So why are we forcing a lie on the truth?

You have tried everything else and nothing has worked. From now on, stand in front of that mirror and admit who you are, tell yourself how much you love your fat stomach, your fat thighs and big butt.

Post your comments here to encourage others. You're not alone.
